An Irish Goodbye actor James Martin has said he “burst out crying” after being suggested the short film had been nominated for an Oscar.

The film, which is state in Northern Ireland and follows two estranged brothers who reach collectively after their mom’s loss of life, has been nominated within the excellent short film category on the 95th Academy Awards.

Martin, who performs Lorcan, spoke to Channel 4 News about checking out the film had been nominated whereas on holiday in Spain along with his of us.
