  1. Poor boy had to deal with such toxic body expectations that he almost cried a good noodle. Fucking shit we have dangerous body goals. He should be keeping all those muscles under a healthy fat layer.

  2. Man, when I was shooting baywatch, I didn't have a carb, for like, months. You need this…'
Holy shit the expectations in hollywood are disgusting and I'll never think a six pack is sexy again.

  3. I'll be upfront and confess that back in the HSM days I had the biggest crush on Vanessa Hudgens and always kinda resented Zac Efron for being with her. As a mature man today, I cannot care for Hudgens' personality on camera anymore and Efron seems like the nicest dude ever.

  4. The amount of time he’s close to tears in this video is very relatable and also incredibly sad.
Like when he cries on demand, he doesn’t do that trick actors do where they keep their eyes open, he literally just starts crying! 🙁

  5. It’s refreshing to see a more genuine and happier side of Zac. Hearing him talk about how he prepared for Baywatch makes me wonder if he’s happy with big Hollywood type movies or even wants to continue doing that stuff anymore. I think he’s at a good point in his career where doesn’t need many big Hollywood productions that force him to go through so much mental and physical preparation for a character that will only be on screen for a couple hours. Maybe he’ll someday feel the need to do more things outside of Hollywood to enjoy his own life more and find more happiness, whether that means doing more reality/documentary type shows and movies where he not playing a character, or just taking a break from acting
